These terms govern use of this website and professional analytics services supplied by Api Nodehub. A signed proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms; where they conflict, the signed document controls.

Services and client responsibilities

We provide analysis, research, workshops and related advisory deliverables described in an agreed proposal. You are responsible for timely access to authorised data, accurate context, stakeholder participation and confirming that you have a lawful basis to share data with us.

Fees and payment

Fees, taxes, milestones and payment dates are stated in the proposal. Website pricing is indicative and is not an offer. Overdue undisputed amounts may pause work after written notice.

Data and confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the engagement. You retain ownership of source data. We retain our pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how. Final deliverable ownership or licence terms are set out in the proposal.

Professional judgement

Analytics contains uncertainty. We document material assumptions and limitations, but do not guarantee commercial results. You remain responsible for business, legal and product decisions.

Acceptable website use

Do not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, misuse forms or copy protected materials in violation of law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the preceding six months, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

Termination and law

Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 14 days of notice. Accrued payment and confidentiality obligations survive. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, with disputes subject to Malaysian courts.
